What kind of phones does the MobileGrip support?
We support all smartphones that are currently in the market for both IOS & Android smartphones like your iPhone X, Samsung S9+, Xiaomi MI MIX2, Huawei P20 Pro, Razer Phone or Oppo R11. It is meant to fit phones as big as 6.7 inches and as small as 4.7 inches.
What are your shipping policies?
Glad you ask! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
Order Processing: up to 5 days.
Shipping time varies from country to country.
On average, shipping takes about an estimated 7 - 45 working days. Shipping during festive periods may cause delays!
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking (Registered Shipping)
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are also not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Is there a cheaper shipping alternative, perhaps Non-Registered Shipping?
That's a good question! We do. We have a cheaper alternative to make the MobileGrip even more affordable for you! But with that being said, by choosing Non-Registered Shipping, we are by no means responsible for the package once it has been shipped out. No refunds for lost packages or damaged goods will be issued.
What currencies are available?
You are able to adjust it on the top of the page. We currently able to display and convert prices in AUD, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, IDR, JPY, KRW, MYR, PHP, SGD, THB, USD, VND

What type of payments do we accept?
We currently accept payment via Stripe (Credit Card) or Paypal.
Where do I put in my discount code?
There will be a box for discounts on the second page of the checkout process. Enter the code into the box and click "apply".
How do I check my order status?
Standard shipping may take 7 - 45 working days depending on your location. When your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number you can use to monitor its progress. Please note that some countries do not return tracking information but rest assured your order is on its way.
